Of all the dial options that are available on the chronomat, which would you choose and why?

To me this seems like a watch that has endless possibilities in terms of dial/strap options.

If you have pictures to demonstrate which dial you chose, that would be great also.

You are only letting me vote once so I picked the BEB. If there was an option for 2 then my 2nd would have been MOP. The reason for BEB is that I think it is very versitile. It can be used for dress or casual occasions. It looks good on a bracelet, leather, croco, or a rubber strap. The MOP is very nice also, but for me it looks better as a dress watch, and not so much as a casual option.

Good luck!!

I'd go with the gray dial with black sub-dials, I forgot what the name of that one is. I think it's a great looking watch that would look good on a bracelet, black leather or a rubber strap. Would have been the Chronomat that I would have gotten if not for the BB.

Silver for me:

Image

Mainly because my previous watch (that I wore for 10 years) was a black dial and I fancied a change. But also because my wife preferred the silver and she bought it as a present.

I don't think you can really go wrong though - I've seen some dials I thought sounded rubbish that actually look great in the flesh.

yup, that's the one.

I'm not a big fan of diamonds but that is beautiful. Love the UTC also.

I voted BEB.
Love that combo, that blue nuance looks great.
Also like black date wheel (and "SWISS MADE").
Before BEB my favorites were graphite and slate grey.

:yeahthat

I love that watch...it is very beautiful and classy looking without looking gaudy. I for one am not big on "Iced" watches either, but that is very tastefully done and the color combo is very nice.

I voted Slate Gray, but should have voted for the Graphite I think as it looks more like my combo. I picked mine up used and it's an older version, but when I saw it, it was love at first sight. I love the contrasting blue subs and the thicker gold sub-rings as they really set them off nicely IMO. I think the 2 Tone case allows for more versatility of strap colors and types as well as various bracelets.

Mr. mustard, I love the silver.

Does it look more white than it does silver though?

I always go for dark dials so for this watch that I intend to wear on straps 50% of the time I decided on silver :)

Image

Been wearing it on a brown calf and fancy a croc as well now

Sorry - Beyond Man; I've been away from the board for a few weeks.

Although the dial is called 'silver' I think 'white' or 'cream' would be just as accurate. It's not as white as some of the matte white dials like the avenger etc. but it's not the same mirrored silver colour of the bracelet. It also really picks up the colour of your surroundings (as, I think, do a lot of Breitlings):

Hope that helps!

My personal favorite: the one with the Tomcat logo
