Hello Breitling Source,

I just went to a local AD to look at watches. I think I am sold on the Avenger Seawolf black face with Batons. I was given a quote for the following:

1 black strap (Tang buckle)
1 Avenger Seawolf w/ SS bracelet
Out the door price of $3250.00

Is this price too high and if so how much negotiating room do you think I have? Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is my first high end watch purchase.

Thank you!
Ryan

Too much. Your AD might just suck and there may not be much wiggle room if thats the case. A good AD should leave you around $2800 or so, even less than that if they are amazing.

BTW, my numbers are pre-tax, so adjust accordingly if your have tax wrapped into your price. Or buy from out of state and dont pay tax.

RJ - Thank you for your reply. $3250 includes tax as well as the extra black strap. Based on your numbers if I could get the entire package for $3000 I should do it. If anyone else has any input please let me know.

Thank you,
Ryan

In the US retail is:
Seawolf on SS bracelet - $3660
Rubber strap/tang - $110

Total retail without tax should be about $3770.
At reasonable 25% discount, should be about $2827 - add taxes if required.
