The navis are easy since they dont have a screw down crown. Just wind it and set it back down. Simple.

what do u mean?
u mean in navis, we don't have to "back-wind" our crown, and we jus have to "clockwise-wind" it several times ?

He means since it doesn't have a screw down crown, you don't have to unscrew the crown to wind it. Just pick it up, give it the necessary cranks and set it back down.

Or go on Amazon and order a winder.

Yeah, pretty sure that's what the advice means.

Are you insane? That is SO not what I meant. Oh wait...thats exactly what I meant. :lingsrock:

I wear my Chrono Cockpit everyday so seldom do I have to put it on the winder. But I have about 20 other watchs (not nearly the quality of my Ling) that I like to give some wrist time to at some pont in time and about 4 of those that I still like to wear sometime during the week. Being a home business I can switch watches easily during the day. Often I will wear 2 or 3 watches during the day depending on the days events. For example, if I have a number of appointments I may wear my Victorinox (which has the same ETA quartz movement as the Emergency except it does not have thermal compensation) with the alarm and timers to remind me. If I know I will be working in the yard I will wear maybe one of my Swiss army watches. But by the end of the day I am wearing my Breitling again.
