Although the listing claims it to be "genuine Breitling ETA 7750" it could just be a decorated ETA with a Breitling rotor and datewheel. I would've thought that the auto winding bridge would have its donor watch serial number engraved upon it, as with a lot of modern Breitlings.
On eBay, you can get a refurbished ETA 7750 from Germany, which is fitted with a Breitling datewheel and signed rotor - with "Breitling" - or with the additional "Chronometre Chronographe" inscription.
