Anyone hear about this ? Would be simply amazing if they release something like this in the coming months.

I have a very hard time believing that it will happen any time soon. You take your best selling 'value' model and make it a whole bunch more expensive by putting an expensive movement in it - doesn't make sense to me until the Aeromarines are the only things that aren't in house.

I completely agree with Roff. Breitling has no issue selling the Super Avenger, and one of the big draws about the SA is the amount of watch you get for the price. To me it makes no sense to put an in house movement in it right now.

Hmm, maybe if it was one of the diamond-encrusted SA with a display back?

PVD'd of course.

I know that this has been discussed before, but I would love to see a non-chrono in-house in the Seawolf, would be a great competitor for the DSSD in my opinion. I know that it probably won't happen anytime soon, but hey, I can dream, can't I?

I'm sure that in house non chrono will happen, but expect it in the Cockpit / Galactic 41 first.

Last I heard, a non-chronograph movement was already in development. It might be just rumour, but it would certainly make sense.

I tend to agree with Roff that a non-chrono would most likely start in a "premium" model, but I also wouldn't be at all surprised if Breitling did decide to make a SDDS competitor. Huge depth rated, premium divers are a real "mine's bigger than yours" bragging rights thing in the sports watch industry. Why else would Rolex make something rated to 3900m which is clearly overkill of monstrous proportions in real-world terms? Because it shows a level of technical expertise and they sell, simply because desk-divers (and real divers too!) love the whole mine will go deeper than yours kind of thing.

You are still talking about watches, right?

I figured that a non-chrono in-house would go into a "premium" line first, too bad that I hate the Galactics. It would be very cool in the SOH in my opinion.
