I used to do all those stupid excercises to become a kickboxing fighter. Everyday for more than 2 years.
Maybe I'll start again using my Breitling. :lingsrock:

I would but I would need someone to take the picture for me and stand really far back to get the whole bicep in the shot! :lol:

Just playin! I'm more of the stay toned not jacked type of person. The more muscle equals the more fat once you stop working out. Fit and healthy is perfect for me. I played ball in college and THEN I was in the best shape of my life. 3 years later.... WHAT HAPPENED!? :roll:

Tryin to get it back man! :D
