as far as scratches go: if you plan wearing it a lot, its going to happen. over time you and your large faced watch will synergize (lol) and you will become more cognizant of it size and presence and it will take less of a beating. that being said, try to resist the urge to buff out every little, maddening scratch and just treat it to some seasonal cape cod polishing, just make sure you don't polish off the AR coating as you perform magic and reverse the hands of time.
