Jeez this post has caused a stir on here! :) I'm loving all of them! (Apart from the rubber strap of course)

(Never much of a fan of the black bezel on the Chronomatic models though....)

I think that Bentley's strap is leather, not the rubber.

Don't read carefully.

The case, in 18kt rose gold or in stainless steel, measures 49mm. It has an AR-coated sapphire crystal and it is water resistant to 100 meters. Dials can be had in black, silver or bronze. It comes in a rubber strap or on the Speed bracelet.

Rubber not leather. I actually quite like it. Seems like everyone is following in the steps of Hublot. With the integrated lugs and rubber strap it kind of resembles the big bang. Of course i'd much prefer the speed bracelet

Whats with the strap lugs on the Bentley ? They are totally askew / out of line with each other...maybe a new styling feature but they look like a mistake, especially on the rubber strap.

Wow! Love the GMT with black dial! Not sure about the strap/bracelet on the silver one, though. Mind you, when the SOH came out, I didn't know quite what to make of it, now it is one of my favourite Breitlings. Can't wait to see them on the Bretiling website.
Thanks so much for the pics and info!
Cheers,
Carl

I would venture to say that these would be early press release photos and all the details may change. If you work in an industry where there are prototypes and refinements you see rather quickly how things can change. Sometimes based on popular response.... or pre-order total numbers. They may release a photo like these to "certain" dealers or press just to gauge response and then refine or decide to not produce that model to begin with. Just my 2 cents. I see it all the time in my business.

Good point, Im kinda scratching my head at it too. The only thing that comes to mind is maybe they are trying to replicate the look of the Pro II bracelet? maybe? It definitely gives it an off kilter look though.

I wonder if next year they will introduce a model that is 50mm. Then we will have to start the 5-0 club!

Def reminds of the HUBLOT. I actually like the rubber bands...a lil diff esp if you already have a nice looking steel and leather band watch :D

Great find!

Not exactly what I had hoped for, but the Bentley is nice. Will be interesting to see what my AD brings back from Basel.

One other thing, I noticed on Thomas' (Alien) post regarding the 49mm Chrono-matic - the bezel is a steel and rubber construction. Not sure I like the idea of a rubber bezel.....

I think the Bentley GMT and the Superocean Heritage Chrono are the best new models this year.

Incidentally, has anyone got any pictures of the Seawolf Steel (not the M1 copy Seawolf Chrono) that Thomas mentioned was also being released?
