Steelfish X plus but I wanted to make sure by asking the experts. I want to have both the Pro I & Pro II for my 2005 Breitling X plus Steelfish and wanted to know 100% for sure that this bracelet will fit my watch. Any help would be appreciated. I hope the link this works. Thanks in advance.

Not sure what you mean by all models of the Steelfish X Plus. That was a name used in 2006 for what became the Steelfish in 2007. 134A is the Pro 2 bracelet that fits it.

This is the line used by the seller
- Fits All Breitling Superocean Steelfish X Plus Models
My Steelfish is dated the 32nd week of 2005 and is 44mm so I'm assuming it is called the X plus or XL. Here are pics of mine.

There are two Steelfish, a 42mm with 20mm lugs from 2005 and a 44mm with 22mm lugs from 2006 onwards. For the 2006 model year it was called the X Plus to distinguish it from the regular 42mm one. After that it was renamed as the Steelfish as the 42mm version no longer existed. There is no such thing as an XL.

As I said, 134A is for the steelfish with 22mm lugs - i.e. yours.

Okay, I'm very confused. Mine is from 2005 and does have the 22mm lug width. What do they call a 44mm Steelfish from that year. I must be misreading what you are saying but it seems as though from what you have indicated is the 44mm Steelfish didn't come out until 2006. :?:

Yours is an X-Plus, just one produced early. X-Plus is for the 2006 model year, not calendar year - think cars.

Don, the bracelet will work just fine! After the first year of the 44mm steelfish (XL) they just called it Steelfish, they both take the same 22mm bracelet as they are the same watch! The first 44mm model only came with a proI bracelet but since the case didnt change when the proII came out it will fit just fine! What Rof was telling you is correct! Good luck on the bracelet.
