Do you mean polish the brushed surface (i.e. bring it to a shine) or restore it (i'e get rid of scratches). If the latter then scotch pads work, but on just a brushed bezel that won't be necessary.

The price to me seems very reasonable as long as you realise you will not get an average sale price, when (if) you come to sell it on, because of the lack of original paperwork. However, you can help yourself if you get the watch authenticated by Breitling, or a reputable Authorised Dealer at least.

Unfortunately, there are to many low-lifes out there that fake (replica) watches are fairly common and the sellers prey on uneducated souls. So authenticity makes a dramatic difference to a resale value.

NO NO NO i don't want to polish the brushed surface shiny. A brushed surface need to be brushed
I just wanna know how to get rid of scratches on a brushed surface if needed.

Regarding battery change i will do it myself... Im used to microelectonics so its' no problem. I work with mobile phones R&D. (I will not use the watch in water)

Allthough i will probably send the watch once to service because it's a used watch and i don't know what the prior owner has done with it.

Yes i know there are a lot of fake crap out there. This is the third watch i win on internet auction, but the first one i actually buy. The other sellers did not have any feedback and they didn't wanted to make the deal at a watchmaker. This seller has almost 3000 feedbacks and like 15 negative.

So, now i have recieved my watch and man it looks even better in real life...

Unfortunatly there were a lot of small scratches so i polished the watch with cape cod. It took almost three hours and there were som areas that i didnt't polish.
Now the watch looks great, all the small scratches dissapeared and it is very shiny . There were somedeeper scratches that i could not polish but you only see these in close up.

So what did i do when i put the watch on my arm. After 5min i banged it agains a wall. F***ing hell. This resulted in a new Deeper scratch an some small ones. Have to polish that area again. It wont dissapear but it will be good enough.

Finally i have a question. Does anybody know or have some instructions on how to open the boett and change battery?

That's really not a good idea.

ADs have the right tools and equipment, have access to better quality batteries and a straight battery change is not very expensive.
