Well it's wrong, but it's not obviously wrong. I could only tell from the case so I certainly wouldn't describe it quite as badly as that.

Reminds me of this 5516 from the 1957.

Seller states model ref is 5620 so it's not beyond the realms of possibility it could be real.

Since I know nothing about vintage pieces, I don't feel qualified to report this one.

It likely is a real watch, just recased. A Breitling gold case would always be 18K / 0.750, but no reason to think that the dial is wrong.
