Beating cancer, respect, awesome stuff and all the best for your recovery, you fought and won!!

Your watch cannot be overwound, there is a clutch that slips once the resistance is too big, no damage will ever get to the mainspring, otherwise wearing the watch when it's fully wound would overwind it too, which is not the case. So you are fine.

2nd. maybe something is stuck with the chrono and the normal movement. wind it up, go through all funcitons start, stop, reset and see what happens. This is what the watch is supposed to endure, so even if you harm anything, the guarantee kicks in,because this is what the watch is supposed to do, no worries there.

I bet once you ran through all, you and the watch will be fine.

Keep us updated.

I really appreciate your comment. I'm still working hard with my recovery. Thanks for the info too. Even still that my AD figured it, but this all still helps me to learn more about my watch and mainly about automatic watches. :D

Glad it's fixed. Don't understand why the AD wants you to set the watch down and not use the winder unless it's for an entire day or so to check the power reserve. If the hands are fixed and it's running, using the winder won't do anything but maintain the amount of tension on the spring. It's either going to run within COSC specs or not - keeping it on all day/night or using the winder won't change that.
