Just needed to add one that I'd forgotten about to my list - Jacob & Co. SERIOUSLY overpriced bling bling junk, lots of which run quartz movements!

On another note, I have to say that while this thread is pretty entertaining, it also really highlights what a great forum this is. A number of watches that people either own or really like have been called out, but everyone takes it in the spirit it's meant. No-one is getting all hot under the collar about it, and it's great to see a level of maturity that shows that people here can wear what they like and not care what others think. Nice going lads!

Totally agree with that Driver in fact I nearly started a thread yesterday as I felt that everything seems to be just fine and dandy in the playpark over the last few weeks! Great stuff

Cheers

There is still time! How about - "Watches You've Seen Pictured on This Site and Why You Hate Them?" That should get things roiling. :)

All PAMS; Most Tag's, excluding the Carrera; Most Rolex', excluding the Submariner, DSSD & Explorer GMT; the PP Nautilus; Hublot; B&R, except the 3; Cartier; Montblanc; Ball.

I think I could find a watch in every collection that I don't like, except say PAMS where I don't like any (appreciate yes, like no). I don't like some Breitling's to be perfectly honest..

Great thread and good spirit as D8 indicated.

Ha. My ENTIRE collection has already been called out, multiple times each. Maybe I'm on the wrong forum...

I'm not a fan of Graham or Hublot either, but I'm not sure I'd put it as high as "dislike".

Among brands I usually like, I've tried to warm to the Omega Ploprof and the JLC Reverso, because I like the historical connections and I can see the design merit, but I just can't do it. And the Patek Nautilus seems to have a lot of devoted followers, but I'm not one of them.

It's an occupational hazard that you and I need a little defining of terms at the outset, eh?

Yeah, hard to express an opinion without qualifying it in some way

This thread has made me realise just how easily pleased I am.

I cannot think of a "popular" watch that I dislike. :?

As, others have mentioned, just about all of my watches have been called out.

Some members have even mentioned a selection of watches/brands that I absolutely love.

I also echo what Driver said. I know of quite a few forums where this thread would have got very personal.

It's nice to see people here accept that every one has different tastes. As long as they are passionate about there watches/collections who cares.

How about "Specific members collections which you absolutely can't stand?"

Oh and I have to go ahead and add Xezo to my original list. :nana: :nana: :poke: :poke:

Haha, sorry about that but I do love your Navi World and the Breguet!

I don't care for the Patek Nautilus. It's an extremely unnattractive watch, in my opinion, and not in a good way like the Omega Ploprof. I like the way the basic Panerai looks, but I think it's obnoxious how they make basically one case style. There's more diversity in a single product line of most brands than there is in all of Panerai. I think Bell & Ross is overpriced; Panerai too, actually.

I can't think of anything else right now. Most watches I either like, or they fall into the category of "Neat, but not for me," which describes everything Graham makes.

I got a laugh of out of this. TAGs are a little overpriced, I think.
