Most Rolexes and Omegas do nothing for me. There are a select few(Railmaster & Milgauss come to mine) , but in general they are far too bland for my liking.

One rung down on the prestige-ladder, I'd also say that Tag and Hamilton are mostly God-awful.

Panerai is my number one dislike. Not because I dislike the looks; my dislike(s) go far deeper (more into their broken and jumbled history I feel they try to hide).

Second has to be Tag. I feel it's a borderline "Walmart" watch now.

Third I have to throw Seiko into the mix. It's a terrific (awesome) $200.00 watch, but grossly over-rated with regards to their so-called "high-end" series (In my mind it's still a $200.00 watch).

I have recently opened my eyes to many more Swiss brands with appreciation to their respective art forms even though they may not have the horological history my mind once required.

No Rolex does anything for me. I'll also jump on the AP ROO dislike boat, as well as any Hublot. I also don't get the B&R thing. Panerai would have been on this list until recently, but after trying a few on, they're growing on me. I think a PAM 320 or 321 may be in my future . . . but not before a Zenith Chronomaster XXT Open Date.

Most omegas im not a big fan of. I feel they are very generic looking. I feel the same with tag's. Especially because everyone I know my age who thinks they know about "nice watches" has a quartz tag.

AP ROO.......blahhhhhh nothing outstanding to me. Give me a new Submariner 116610 in green and a deepsea anyday over a ROO.

I have yet to see a Bell & Ross watch that I like...I just don't get it, but that's ok.

I'm sure I will hear it for this one, but I also don't like the Omega Ploprof. I can appreciate how unique it is, but I can't get over the look of it.

Boy oh boy, in a day or so this thread has genuine donnybrook potential! A negative thread by definition. :soapbox: And already 1/3 of my collection called out.

Rolex Daytona. Hublot. Cartier. Graham. Most Blacksteel watches. ANY man's watch with diamonds anywhere but the hour markers. Yes, that includes BEZELS.

Next...

PS - note I didn't mention Panerai. Having looked at them twice briefly, I do quite appreciate the sandwich dial versions, but still they are not my cup of tea. No longer a dislike, just not for me.

For the times they are a cha-a-a-ging. ~Dylan

Ha. My ENTIRE collection has already been called out, multiple times each. Maybe I'm on the wrong forum...

I'm not a fan of Graham or Hublot either, but I'm not sure I'd put it as high as "dislike".

Among brands I usually like, I've tried to warm to the Omega Ploprof and the JLC Reverso, because I like the historical connections and I can see the design merit, but I just can't do it. And the Patek Nautilus seems to have a lot of devoted followers, but I'm not one of them.

Purely judging by aesthetics, I don't think I'll ever go for a Patek. Just doesn't do anything emotionally for me.

Of the AP ROOs, I LOVE the Survivor! But that's the only one.

Not crazy about Sinn, U Boat, Hamilton, Tag, Xezo...

I kindda like Pam...

Any watch with a date bubble, what so you made the watch but can not do the engineering required to fit a readable date in so you stick a magnifying glass over the date and hope I won't notice. :guns:
