Also,

They have looked at my watch since its only 2 years old, and they said they do not recommend having it polished until 5-6 years, so they are just cleaning it very well when its ready, and shipping it back to me. I dont think it has been started there yet. I hope s done soon. =/

I'm just updating my thread. Breitling couldn't use my warranty after a month when it's been there since I sent copies of everything with my watch. They say "we can't use it" so they sent me a invoice to pay the repair @ $300. I called them again and again faxed everything again... And finally took it.

At that point around august 16 while it's been sleeping there. I called them today and said "we are waiting for parts from Switzerland for 2 weeks" I've heard this before.... The first call once I shipped it and they said "1 month" then "1 more month" and now... It's pretty ridiculous. I'm really happy with them fixing it after my warranty expired in April, but it's impossible responding my voicemails and emails until 1-2 weeks after until I have to call again. I honestly hope I don't deal with this again.

Nick

Hi, I remember your nickname when I started posting in this forum. Glad to see you again, and hope you're well.
I think that's there's a import/export problem. I ordered a superocean II and had to wait more than 3 months. And I heard that many people were waiting more than one month for their watches.
So be patient. And I hope you can enjoy your watch soon.
Good luck my friend.

Thank you! I'm doing well. Still recovering. It's very difficult.

I have heard about straps a couple years back for import/export. I did remember about the summer vacation in Switzerland. I remember that it's in august since when I visited swiss for in the same month since almost all stores are closed.

And its finally done! They emailed me a tracking # today since about 2.5 months. I'll see it on friday, and also pick up my croc w/ deployment buckle. :)

and heres the question-
My initial question on my thread (viewtopic.php?t=3178) about 2 years back because I wasnt too sure on the red crescent date to align around the number because I wanted to send my watch to BUSA to have it fixed, and I mentioned it a a couple months back. Its noted on my receipt that they ordered hands, service kit, seals, etc. Now that I look at the hands again, and it still still doesnt look aligned.. I'm assuming that it could be normal..?

Beside this, since I'm going to my AD tomorrow to pick up my croc+buckle deployments, so perhaps they could compare it to another datora there. Hopefully these pics will help since theyre from my phone.

from 2 years back with the date hand

and now... seems to me like their aligned from the other side. Weird.
