Well I jumped in today and took the plunge....acquired my second "Ling". I picked up a used Chronomat GT B13350 and am looking forward to it's delivery to it's new home. It came with all the documentation and original inner & outer boxes as well. I really like the color combo of the dial and contrasting subs. By the way I'm new here and this is my first post, so I thought I would mention it's great to find such a wealth of information and others that love "Lings" too. I've got a pretty large collection of watches...mostly Tonino Lamborghini's, but I got bit by the Breitling bug after I picked up my Colt Super Quarts II a couple years back. I think I'm going to part with a few of my Lambo's so I can put the cash towards another "Ling", but haven't decided on which model yet. I've found I prefer the older style Chrono's than I do the Evo's...I think the rounded pushers are more attractive than the squared off Evo pushers, but that's just my personal opinion. Anyway I've thrown a couple pics up of the new addition which weren't as good as I would prefer, but I'll be taking some better photos once it arrives.

Thanks Kiudog, I fell in love with that color combo the instant I saw it. The seller sent me a couple good photos of it, so I thought I would share them. I can't wait to get home from Iraq and see it live, I'm going to be chomping at the bit to wear it. I think I am going to put my Colt in for a cleanup job while I'm home too....I think she deserves it, plus I probably should change the battery before it goes belly up on me. There isn't anyplace over here in this big ol sandbox that you can just pop in and get a new power cell installed. It is supposed to last 8 years and it's a c.2002-2005 so better safe than sorry. By the way can you tell the exact year it was made by the serial number like Rolexes and if so is there a list of serial numbers to cross reference which indicate the years they were made?
