I'm shocked, I was just in that exact same store in July and I was treated like gold. I'm willing to bet that she would have been in it real deep had you talked to the manager.

She had no right to speak to you that way, I don't get how businesses seem to get away with the poorest customer service ever. I mean it's not that hard to be even remotely polite and understanding and if you don't know an answer how hard is it to say, "I don't know, but I can try to check for you and call you back."

Sales like this do seem "too good to be true" so in most of these cases, I go in with the lowest of expectations that way it leads to less dissapointment because 99/100 times it is too good to be true. But ah that 1 time is more magical than Disneyland.

I'd be upset too. I had called the Tourneau here in Scottsdale when I was looking for my watch, and while I didn't get the lack of service to that extreme, it was enough to make me look somewhere else. Plus they told me that there's no return policy. I was also looking for a watch for my father-in-law and as we all know, watches are a personal thing, so it's hard to buy for someone else and they should be able to return/exchange it if they want too.

ok, maybe if you, or anyone so far knew what they were talking about this would all make sense.

there is a company called soiffer haskin, they organize whats called a trunk sale for highend merchandise, they hold it at an offsite location, it used to be the parsons school in new york. essentially they blow out a designer, or in this case retailer's old overstock merchandise. i usualy go for the hugo boss sale, mark jacobs and a few other sales when i lived there, i was at the torneau one once. THIS NOT SOLD BY TORNEAU. it is a 3rd party brought in to liquidate dead inventory. they no nothing about watches, everything on this table is 30% off, on this table, 50 off and so on, thats it.

no breitlings worth a shit there anyway.

I've only been to one Tourneau, in Vegas, and the service there sucked. I walked around the whole store, pretty big, and stood in front of their weak-ass PAM display for about 10 minutes before someone asked me if I needed anything. I could understand if they were busy, but I was one of 3 people in the store with about 12 employees walking around. Overall they had a great selection, but their service was lacking.
