Hi, everyone.

A little while ago I sent my B01 in for a change to a brushed bezel. ( http://breitlingsource.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=21482 )

Well, now it's back and I am very happy with the results. My AD gave me the choice between ordering new parts or getting the existing parts brushed at the service center. I opted for the latter, which actually cost less.

Here are som pics. Excuse the poor quality, I took them with my phone:

I really missed it while it was in the shop. It felt good to strap it bank on with the cool mod! :D

It looks really good. I like the contrast between the bezel and the case.

The brushed bezel certainly gives it a whole different look, and more attractive in my opinion.

That looks amazing. I want to buy one, but I hate the chronomat's crown and Breitling won't change with another crown. They told me that they can't do that and if I change it somewhere else I'll lose the warranty :(

That looks very nice indeed.

I think the all brushed Blackbird version of the B01 is going to be a real winner (assuming one happens of course! )

I agree. The Blackbird is one of the greats, especially with the big date and the faceted brecelet. I hope your dream comes true :)

I'm kind of curios as to whether the SuperOcean II will show up in a chrono model. Perhaps as a replacement for the current CSO. That would be interesting.

FANTASTIC! Hello, Breitling - are you listening??? It effectively carries over the classic windrider brushed bezel/polished case to the new B01 chronomat. Would have been my first choice rather than the polished and new bezel.

Nice idea.

I much prefer the brushed bezel on the B01. It helps mute the crazy looking numbers. I really like this look!!

I think its actually a new option to opt for a brushed bezel now.

Brushed looks way better than polished. I haven't seen any at my AD with the brushed bezel, is this an option you have to ask for or will some models just have it? Looks great!

Love the brushed. When I get my B01, I will have to do the same, possibly. :michaelangelo:
