Nice. If I were to ever get a Rolex, it'd be this one. I see you wear yours in the pool. I always get a little thrill everytime I wear one my diving watches swimming. It's like they get to be in their natural environment.

Congrats! I couldn't pull off the size compared to the narrow clasp, but looks like you have the wrists for it.

Nice watch. I'm in the market for a Deep Sea. If you do not mind me asking what kind of great deal did you get?

congrats on your new Deep-Sea

I also have a Deep-Sea and its little brother the Sea-Dweller there the only Rolex watches i buy because
i like to have a date window on my watches and I'm an anti-cyclops guy,

The Deep-Sea is a great piece but in IMO the dive suit extension is a engineering fault ,
it simply does not contour to your wrist when using the glide lock system so i have removed mine .

Some pics of my Deep-Sea

Thanks! It is my favorite Rolex as well. The water pics were actually taken at Turtle Bay beach in St. John.

Thank you. The Deep Sea fits my wrist perfectly.

Under $7600 brand new and they offered me 0% 1 year financing plus some other small perks.

Amazing pic! I know for now I am going to leave the glide lock system in place.

E46 M3 but I am looking at the 997.2 GT3 or Turbo in a few months. The Good news is that I bought the M3 and I am keeping it as a daily driver.

Unfortunatley this was my experience as well. I was right in between links. If I took one out and extended the glide lock extension, it didn't contour at all and looked and felt odd. But I could see how this might not be a problem on a larger wrist.

I agree totally Sharkman , you need to have a wrist size were adjust the bracelet by removing links only and no micro adjustment
kinder like Omega Seamaster bracelet clasp no micro adjustment but Omega have added half links to get the right fit.

I honesty do not know what Rolex engineers where thinking of when designing this clasp , When using the gilde lock to get
a proper fit all your doing is starting the dive extension to come out apart from it not following the wrist it looks ugly !
To rectify this i removed the dive extension and left all links on glide lock works perfectly, And moving bracelet all the way out
to the last notch on the glide lock it will go over a light dive suit .

I love the feel of the watch but I do have a larger wrist.

Great photos and idea! :D

If I have problems with the bracelet in the future I will have to try this.
