Having just picked up an Aerospace yesterday, I still have until tomorrow to exchange it for a BNIB B1 on consignment for the same price. I was and am a little torn.

Your thoughts please???

I would vote for the B1 for a few of reasons.

1. I like the thickness over the Aerospace (about another 6mm if I am right).
2. I like a heavier watch...the Aerospace is titanium, which I am not a big fan of.
3. I like the busier dial on the B1 with all the numbers around the perimeter (and I like the layout of the bezel more)

That's a tough call for me. I normally would vote B1, but the size, specifically thickness gets questionable for me. I do like the bigger crown and the pushbuttons for overall ease of use.

On the other hand, I like the sleek size and weight of the Aerospace. It has a very clean dial and looks more refined than B1. The crown is a little hard to operate, selecting functions, etc. while on the wrist. I played with the Aerospace a while one day and would have bought one except it was hard to operate the digital functions.

You've had the Aero... If you use the digital functions often and can scroll through the 'menu' with ease, I would personaaly stick with it. If it's a problem, then maybe the B1 would work out better.

So, not much help here. :|
I guess that's why I ended up with a B2 :?: ( I have nothing against a good SQ, still would like to have one).
Good luck :!:

My vote goes for the Aerospace. Like I said in the gallery, I like the simpler dial. If you don't already have a titanium watch, then it's a perfect fit in the collection.

Definitely B-1 :lingsrock:

It's easier to operate and I like the design more. It also feels a lot more substantial.

Aerospace design looks dated to me, it's so 1990s...

B-1. Enough said  , but of you really want the reasons - it's steel not titanium, it's bigger, it's steel not titanium, it has more functions, it's steel not titanium, it has a cool caseback!

Oh and did you know it's steel not titanium?

Both great, but B-1 all the way. Looks nicer, not too blingy, coolest of casebacks, and discontinued! :yeahthat . I had one, sold it, and just got another and this time will not let it go. :lovesloves:

Good luck!

Don

Shark, I have to admit, I'm not a fan of either of these watches. Eventhough they're super duper quartz, I think they're borderline ugly! I'm sorry. I get the functionality and reason for the quartz but i just cant get into these. You know I love Breitling, but these are by far my least favorite in Breitling's lineup.
