What do you mean by "large faced?" Almost all Panerais are large - that's what they're known for.

I believe this site's operator/moderator also runs http://www.paneraisource.com - so check that out.

Personally, I just bought the Panerai PAM359 and it's a stunning watch - as I believe most of the Panerais are. They're big and bold and sleek and just beautiful to look at and war.

I still love my BlackBird, but I'm smitten with my PAMs right now.

Ok I think I figured it out.... I even changed the title of the thread (sorry).

What would you prefer the Panerai 305 47mm or a New SA Black with Batons? And why? This would be more for my weekend watch btw. :D

Or try http://www.panerai.com.

They seem to know a lot about them

What is the MSRP on the 305 and how are the discounts on them at the AD vs. the SA(31% is what typically get for B's)

List is $9,600, discount is very little if any.

SA for me since I dont really like PAM subs.

Its way expensive too. Sure, you get the in-house movement, but id much rather have 3 breitlings of my choice over the PAM.
