A big Hello to all you Breitling fans!!! Just after joining this forum after buying my first ling. I opted for the Navitimer 50th Anniversary Edition (A41322) with black dial. (Please excuse my lack of technical terms as i'm still new to this!) I have always had a strong liking for Breitling and finally took the plunge and purchased one. I must say that I am extremely happy with my timepiece and have full intentions on purchasing another in due course! Think it might be the chrono avenger as i believe it is one of Breitlings best sellers. Anyway, thought i'd introduce myself; let you guys see this watch and openly confess that I am now a serious Breitling Fan!! PS - A warm Thank-You to Administration on Breitling-Source, you have a wealth of info, an excellent site which is easy to use and from reading other posts, seem extremely friendly! Keep up the great work folks!!

Thanks!! I got the one which "stood out at me"!! I just love the colour, the symetrical face design, the weight of the watch itself and the steep history which the Navitimer has. For it's size it's extremely comfortable to wear. Does anyone know how many of these were produced???

kenseymour, that is a beautiful watch. My first Ling was the 50th Anniv but it was the silver face and I had trouble seeing the hands. (Getting old sucks!) But the one you have is a Beautiful watch, let me know when it is for sale....LOL

Good choice, wear in good health.

Thanks for the kind compliments noliecop!! Thats why i didnt go for the silver dial either. Thought the black was a nice contrast on the face and decided to go with that. Do you happen to know how many of these were produced in the 50th Anni Edition??? Not too sure about selling it yet!!! I've yet only got this one Breitling and have an addiction for more!! LOL Would this watch be 1/4 ling, 1/2 ling???

Not sure whether there was actually a limit on how many regular 50th Anniversary models were produced - although obviously only produced for one year. The white and yellow gold versions were limited - 50 each if I remember correctly.

Full Ling has a minimum diameter of 46mm, 24mm between the lugs and it's on the bracelet. So CA can't be a Full Ling.
But that's only for fun on this forum, no official thing.

Very cool!

Breitling has a few free screensavers on their site, and the 50th Anniversary Navi is my functional screen saver.

Very nice piece.
