I need some more help...

I was given a Wolf 1.5 watch winder. I noticed the 1.5 has a TPD of 600 and the Steelfish needs 650 TPD. I did some research using the "search" function. From what I found, I believe the 1.5 will keep the watch wound for "short periods" of time, but if left in the winder for a "long period" of time the watch will stop.

Is this correct? Will the Wolf 1.5 be able to keep the watch going for three to five days?

Thanks - Charlie

From a full wind the watch will run for approximately 3 weeks before stopping.

So, a Breitling will only stay fully wound for 3 weeks on a winder?

No.....

A Breitling that requires 650 TPD will only stay running (not fully wound) for approximately 3 weeks if it is only getting 600 TPD from that winder.

If the watch is getting the TPD that it needs it will run indefinitely.

Will any harm come to the watch if the doesn't fully wind it?

No it will just run down - no different to leaving the watch on the dresser at night.
