Which watch would you rather own. Panerai 183, Panerai 287, or Breitling Code Yellow Avenger?

Any thoughts??

Given that you like Radiomirs, and you already have a Luminor with a sandwich dial, I vote for the PAM 287 out of those three options.

Nothing wrong with the Code Yellow though, I saw one yesterday for the first time and I think it looks great.

I think your passion for the Code Yellow has really shown through. Thats gets my vote.

I'm not sure if you mean 183 instead of 187 in your original post. I'd go with the 287. It comes with the OEM black gator with white stitching and the deployant clasp. You can always buy those if you picked up a 183 as well. The 287 doesn't seem to be a hugely popular model so they don't come up for sale too often. Deals can be had on 183s, and the one posted in the sales section on here looks very nice.

You're right, I did mean 183. I've heard that a few times that the 287 isn't a popular model which scares me a bit because in case I ever sell it. I've seen the 183 in the forum and am very interested. I think it's between the 183 and Code Yellow. Can't decide.

Just pick one. You don't need to decide because we all know you will end up with the other one sooner or later. :poke:

if your luminor is an auto and already have the second hand, then i vote for the 210 radiomir base...a bit cheaper than the 183 and more the dial is more balanced. i've grown accustomed to not needing the watch to be exact down to the second and the handwind is not as bothersome as it sounds (especially with a radiomir since you don't have to work around that crownguard)

never owned a Pan , but I just bought a 243 and a F1, won't keep both, but I'm excited to check them out. I do enjoy the Breitlings.

Maybe I'll hold off and save for a Breguet XXI.....I like that plan better.
