You've never owned a watch? My 5 year old has a watch :poke:
Nice way to start though, good luck with it and welcome.

This in my eyes is THE Breitling to have. I am usually a white dial person but in Navi can only be bought in black. That being said having to have it in black is the only reason I am holding back on purchasing b/c I usually dont like black dials. It just screams BREITLING!

Did you get the tang or deploy closure?

I got the deployment buckle. Is it just me though or does it feel kind of weird at first on your wrist?

Congrats!!!!! You couldn't have picked a better watch for your first Ling. When the name 'Breitling' is uttered; the Navitimer is the first thing that comes to mind. Enjoy it.

The Navi World isn't your style? I have the white face world and I love it.

Is it the Navi or Navi World? When I got my Navi World it definitely took me about a week of getting used to it on my wrist. I didn't really wear watches before this either. I bought the SuperOcean II first but it's not the same presence on the writst (more sporty and smaller)....you're right, the Navi took some getting used to, but now its a joy to wear.
