Hey All..

Had some free time about the house this afternoon and snapped a couple pictures.

Just got this new strap in .. it's an original Simona Vachetta - one of the best IMO.

Sits nicely next to my other original Simona Vintage Tan (when she switched to DiStefano - the leather changed a little).

This strap has literally put the 127 is a whole new light for me. The color just sets the hands off so well.

There are basically two types of PAMs: luminors (the ones with the crown guards) and radiomirs (the ones with the little diamonds shaped crown). Different models are just configured different. You can have a manual wind, auto, display back, sandwich dial, seconds hand, power reserve, date, no-date, cyclops, chrono, brushed, polished, titanium etc., or any combination of these things, which is why there are so many models.

Summed up very well. I wasn't entirely sure but I was starting to think that was the case.

Not to mention different case shapes and different crystal profiles. In this case we have a 1950 case (which sits differently on the wrist compared to a regular Luminor case) and a highly domed crystal. Very distinctive look - well, at least once you get used to looking at Panerais it is.

say what you will...they all look the same.

I've clicked on all the links for 111...117...359...whatever the number. To me they all look the same. In my eyes, your best off buying the cheapest one and play it off as the the exspensive one :D
