went to look at my narrowed down list ie airwolf and aerospace and simply couldn't bring myself to spend all that dosh of a quartz watch...call me old-fasioned but I just like mechanicals!

anyway...navi legende back on the radar and to scratch my quartz itch (at 1/10 of the price....will get a tissot pr50 seven.....same(ish) as an aerospace)

That's a good decision there Doc. I struggle with paying big bucks for quartz watches too. I had an M1 for about 4 days a few years back, and a B1 for all of a single day last year.... and in both cases they just didn't do it for me so they went back to the shop for a full refund. I honestly can't see myself dabbling with high end quartz watches again. Dont get me wrong, there was nothing wrong with them - they just weren't for me.

My quartz "itch" is scratched by my knockaround (beater) watch, my Omega Seamaster Pro that I bought secondhand in mint condition for all of £370.
