I think it would look better if it was like the Code Yellow, yellow lettering and hands. If they call this thing the "Code Red" I'm gonna go home and punch my Blackbird in the face.

Damn my brushed BB just got a whole lot nicer. I think I'll kiss mine and not punch it after seeing that mess. Give me two hours on photoshop and I'll give you something better than that!

FAIL! :guns:

Maybe I won't punch, but it will get a stern talking to, associating with watches like that! Mine is polished like this but looks 1000 times better with the standard dial. If they wanted to mix it up with the BB, as if the blacksteel wasn't enough, I still think they should go with yellow, a breitling color, and a brushed case. This thing is just ugly with red numbers and hands.

I believe you...I think my 10 year old daughter could come up with something nicer than that. Hell, mfserge did a better job than that with his BS LE drawing the other day.

If this is real, I actually really like it!

OK so it's not a true Blackbird IMO as personally I think the Blackbird should always be brushed with the black dial, but as a look I like it. Kind of reminds me of the old Crosswind Special Sport in terms of colouring.

I REALLY need to see more pictures of all these new pieces before I can even start to get excited I'm afraid.

Definately real. Personally I thought the Blacksteel Blackbird was a stunning watch. This one I've yet to decide on as I've only seen the plain image from my Breitling representative (I work in an authorised stockists).

I hate that watch.

I have to ask, what special in have you got with Breitling other than working at a Breitling AD. I can't get confirmation of these pieces from any of my contacts, and neither apparently has anyone else - here, WUS, TZ, etc so it can't simply be an AD communication.

This is also the largest number of LEs ever announced in one go outside of Basel, and the timing seems odd given that Switzerland is shutting down for a month.

Not doubting you for a minute, just wondering what your special 'in' is.

What other pieces? Driver also said something about all "these" new pieceS? Did I miss something?

FYI dont mind the red hands but hate the red date font. I feel like the blackbird should be all black, I was even okay with the BS BB. Anyone else but me getting real sick and tired of Breitling just adding a bit of color to some of their models then sticking a hefty amount of $ on top of the regular price and calling them LE's or special editions? Its getting old.

I think there must be a Breitling-only Baselworld on at the
moment!
