Hey Pete,

My Explorer II actually became an orphan until my dad started wearing it. I had it as my only watch for two years until I bought my first Super Avenger in '04. After my SA I never wore it again! LOL!

I did not like the weight, size, or feel of my poor Rolly after having and getting used to the Breitlings.

Hope this helps :)

Yep, thanks!! :lingsrock:

This is my third SA. I sold a 2004 Big Wing SA, white dial, DD bezel to buy a LE Bentley and missed it so much that I bought another one a month later.

I love seeing them in different color faces, straps, and bracelets.

I am thinking of buying an older Black face SA and putting it on a rubber strap.

how big is your wrist?

Think a 7.5" wrist w/ huge hands would pull the SA of nicely?

I think I have to show you how ridiculous a SA could look on a small wrist (less than 6.5). I bought it because there was no Avenger Blacksteel left. If I can, at night I'll post a pic.

6.3"
I think the perfect size for me is 45mm. Anything bigger than that makes me feel uncomfortable. Dreaming with a non chrono SS Seawolf white dial

Sorry, I measured/calculated wrong. It's 6.7" or 17cm. Here in Argentina we don't use inches.
IMO still looks ridiculous a SA on my wrist.
