Because it limits my additions!

Contrary to the many who have a general lack of excitement to the new Bentley Supersports, I LOVE it. But, being a limited edition adds that little extra, maybe 2k?, that puts it out of the range of what I am willing to pay. Both my Super Avenger and Blackbird are in excellent, as in just driven off the lot condition, and that got me thinking. Smitten by the Bentley SS I had the crazy idea of trading in both my watches to see what a dealer could do, but since it's a LE even two for one isn't going to get me close enough. Having said that, maybe someday I'll be able to figure something out, and even a little part of me likes the fact of having something to work towards, and look forward to, but it still sucks when a limited edition adds $$$ to the price but means nothing to me.

I will forever hate anyone who posts one of those. (unless they want to cut a deal) :lingsrock:

I know what you mean, I wanted an Avenger Code Yellow and even though it's only like $275 more than the regular Avenger, because it's an LE it would have cost me over $1k more. Screw it, I got a Blackbird instead.

Think of it this way, you're just one lottery ticket away from the SS-LE. :poke:

Code Yellow... nice watch, but having an avenger skyland, I'm thinking of buying a seawolf.

Yeah, I think I would go with the seawolf, non-chrono baton markers, over the code yellow also. It's pretty cool and a just a little different, I just don't think some yellow hands and numbers justifies $1k more in price especially since the MSRP only like $275 more, but that's just me.

I totally agree with you. And the other reason why I want a seawolf is because I have too many watches with cronograph, too many things on the dial now that I'm getting old. And of course the B17 movement is really nice.
I'm looking for a Seawolf with white dial, arabic numbers and SS bracelet.

I was with you until that last sentence, I like the ones with a black dial, batons and a DPII.
