Another lefty here. I've tried the right wrist, and it just isn't comfortable. who knows, maybe i'm resistant to change, but it just looks / feels better on the left!

Well, after a week or so trying to wear my watch on theright, I'm back to the left. It just feels too strange. I would always switch it back in the middle of my shift.

I did however switch to rubber and that seems to keep the watch cleaner.

Welcome home.

Recently on a longish flight from LAX to Tokyo, I was sitted on the right isle (economy class :lingsrock: ), and had a few near misses with my 193 on my left wrist dangling on the isle, just from other boarding passengers rushing by with their carryons.

Thinking what would happen if I fall asleep and the freight train (service cart) smack against my Pam was enough to make me immediately switch the watch over to my right wrist for the duration of the long flight.

Boy, never realized how huge the 193 was! Now I know what others meant when they said it's a "tuna can". On the right wrist, I really find it almost too big to wear comfortably. It banged against everything while eating/reading/crossing my arms/playing with the iPad/scratching my nose/putting my arm around my lovely wife/etc in the cramped quarters. Not to mention, the previously perfectly comfortable BigB ammo strap is too tight when worn on my bigger right wrist.

The moment we landed in Narita, the first thing I did was switch it back to my left wrist with a huge sigh of relief. And thankfully, I was seated on the left isle from Tokyo to Singapore. How strange that the same watch could be just about "invisible" on the right (as in correct) left wrist!

It would be nice not to have to take my watch off when I write for long periods of time though...
My case exactly . I have to take my watch off during exams all the time .

There's nothing wrong with wearing your watch on your right wrist, no matter if it's a chrono or whatever. Remember, Steve McQueen wore his watch on his right wrist. 'Nuff said.

Another Lefty here and I always wear my watch on my right wrist. I wish Breitling/Omega/Tag made at least one backwards chrono for us. The PAM 219 is my dream and I have actually driven multiple hours to a Panerai dealer and tried on normal PAM's upside down to see what a 219 might look like.

Sometimes I wear my watches around my ankle....but only when I wear shorts. Feels very unnatural but after a week Or so you forget it's on.

Sometimes I wear them somewhere else, but that gets really tiring too. Of course, I need the diver extension....

Hehe, nicely put. I gotta show this to my roommate.

If she doesn't already have a mouthful of watch, you're doing it wrong.
