That's pretty tough to say since you're the one who has to live with it. That being said, I just bought my first Breitling and I got a Blackbird, I've always loved the Blackbird and I just got lucky finding a relatively new pre-owned one on here.

The B01 is a great looking watch, some might disagree, but I think it's beautiful and it has Breitling's first in-house movement, which is a big plus in my opinion. You have more options with the B01 as far as dials go and if you want gold or something you can get that as well.

I don't think that you could go wrong with either one of those, but again it's really up to you and what you want in a watch. Like I said, I went with the Blackbird, but the B01 aint bad either.

Have you tried them on in person yet - either or both? If so does one 'speak' to you more?

They are both great watches but as roman said earlier, you're the one that has to live with it so only you can answer that question. Not that it hurts asking opinions of course

As for me I like the Blackbird as it has a more classic look IMO. However if the movement is important to you then it's hard to look past the B01 as the movement is in-house.

Good luck!

:yeahthat

Above all I know how difficult this choice is since I have been there a couple of months ago ... Ordered myself initially a BB but since the wait took me too long I decided to pick up a Carbon Black B01 instead. Didn't regret for a minute ... Nevertheless I'm on the look-out for my second, being the BB anyway :lingsrock:
