The food? Great. I looked like a mule with kilos strapped to my waist coming back but alas was just the remenats of a porterhouse the size of Rhode Island. Some terrific Mex food. And a brisket burger that was one of the best things I ever ate. I wish I knew how to re-create it, perhaps Chef Altair can help.

I do brisket burgers all the time, it's my favorite cut for grind. Just ask your butcher to grind a brisket. You want the full sized packer style, 12-16#, not just the brisket "flat." Have him package it for you or take it home and package it in your serving size Zip Locks.
