Had a call my Old Navi went in 8 weeks ago and they promised full overhaul in 8 weeks and thats exactly what they did.Unfortunatly I live in France and cant collect from my UK address untill 13th on my way to Florida so they kindly asked when I would like it delivered and said they will pop some goodies in with the parcel,my first dealings with BUK but so far 10 out of 10 excellent service cant wait to see my Navi back like new.

BUK are without a doubt the best watch service centre I have ever dealt with. So far I've never had any issues with them and IMO their service is second to none.

Same here,only had my Ling since 31-12-2009......had to send it back via AD with moisture under the crystal...........crown was still tight and i never went deeper than the kitchen sink....but no worries it was done on warranty, returned with a Breitling carry case and a new Breitling cap............BUK good so far!! :lingsrock:

By this time tomorrow they'll have more of my Breitlings in hand than I do! Currently two in for overhaul and one on the way under warranty!

Looking forward to getting the two overhauls back, but not the four figure bill that will come with them! :shock:
