Just a quick phone shot, but I'm really liking this one. Great finish and contrast color.

I really like Doxa - not their customer service or lack of transferrable warranty or their somewhat draconian management of their forum - but they certainly know how to make a proper tool watch.

I saw you picked this one up secondhand which IMO is very wise because the RRP on that GMT is pretty steep and discounts are non-existent. I really like the 750 GMT and the Sharkhunter is by far the best colour for that model as far as I'm concerned. Really nice pickup!

Many Congrats.

I've always been a fan of Doxa Dive Watches but they are not easy to get hold of in the UK. :(

That GMT version is a true gem.

Like you read my mind D8. Great watches, but they have made some serious public blunders that many will not forget. I've been a Doxaholic for a looong time, but I'm also enjoy holding their managelment to the standards that they preach. I've ruffled a few Doxa feathers over the years. Despite that, they are producing some seriously beautiful and robust pieces. Great choice, wear it well.

Nice watch. A previous post said you picked it up second hand. How did you come across it? :?:

Thanks guys! It is really becoming a favorite of mine. Just very different from the rest of the collection and a really nice piece.
Yeah, it's kind of sucky that the warranty isn't transferrable, but this one was from 2007, so it wasn't an issue. But I did sell my new AD T-Graph so I could pick this one up.

I got really lucky on the timing. I was posting over at the Doxa forums on WUS and asking for opinions on the GMT vs T-Graph which I had purchased and just couldn't seem to fall in love with. So, someone approached me about picking up my T-graph and the GMT came up FS a day later!
I'm very happy with the swap. No concerns about this one not "being me".
