The only place to get Breitling parts is through Breitling - would never send it anywhere else and BUK in Tunbridge Wells has a good reputation.

Service interval is 5 - 7 years so don't automatically assume that it needs one unless the power reserve and / or time keeping is out.

I am also pretty new here, but from what I understand if you take it into an Authorized Dealer they will help you send it in to Breitling for any servicing you may need! My opinion is that the best bet is to send it back to Breitling and have them do the service, I don't much care for anyone else taking apart my watch.

Last time I had a service it was 130 for maintenance service or 360 for full service and polish

im in a place called ruislip in middlesex. thats ok i was thinking in the regoin of £400. ive seen the videos of them working and maintaining a watch and then polishing looked amazing after!!!!

Congrats on the Cosmonaute, it looks great, and it sounds like you got a good deal on it.

Did it come with the boxes and papers?

If you are in Ruislip, there is a fantastic AD in the High Street who would send your watch to
BUK for service for you.

Is that c.s bedford on the high street?

yeah really liking the watch looking to get a black leather strap but just got paid so on the search now ha ha. :superman:
