2010 is a common Sprint model with a huge number of variations.

It is a 7733 driven watch, although 1966 is very early for one of these, but they are in the 1969 Chronograph brochure - page 18 here - http://www.breitlingsource.com/books_1969.shtml

I've not seen one that looks like this and the dial is a little subdued for a typical 2010 (though that may simply be because it's early). Hands don't appear original, and the bezel is not particularly Sprint like.

My gut says frankenwatch, but there are so many 2010 variations I'm not sure.

I saw that when it came up yesterday. A complete fabrication in my opinion. It does sorta look cool though doesn't it? The back Breitling engraving looks added and a 2010 case back doesn't look like that at all. The bezel isn't Breitling but does resemble an early Copilot although much thicker. The Diver strap just looks wrong on the watch. I suspect a lot of South American transformations get shoveled up to Florida to be sold because of the known South American stigma for reproductions (copies).

Agreed. The Breitling anchor on the chronograph hand kind of gives it away. Good effort but could do better.

Reminds me a bit of the 2031, which I have to say IMHO is nicer looking. Although I do like steel bezels.

Didn't even see that - now I feel stooopid.

At least I didn't call it real.

I often have object blindness, where you're looking for your keys for thirty minutes and their sitting on the table in front of you.

I'm with you on that, co-pilot bling.
