I've tried on that grand carrera quite a few times and it's a great piece! I don't like then steel bracelet tho, I prefer it on croc. I think it's a little over priced but it's a really unique looking watch.

They didnt have it on croc but to tell you the truth, I didnt mind the bracelet. In fact I kinda liked the clasp on thier bracelet, very clean look to it.

Saw one in an AD on Friday. Didn't try it on (as we all know I am a watch snob), but was surprised how nice it looked.

Yeah, me too... but to get the saleman to shut the hell up about it, I put it on the wrist and was pleasantly surprized. Even more surprizing it the discount on these through the likes of Amazon. Still a little pricey to make me wanna jump on the Tag wagon. If it was around $2000, I would seriously concider it.

I had a Grand Carrera GMT for a few months. I got it for a steal and bought it just because I knew id get my money back easily if I changed my mind. Never wore it even once and ended up selling it a few months later. Its was a really nice watch, but it just never did it for me.

I Looked the Grand carrera range I actually own a more standard Carrera DD.

The RS2 was top of my list but when I went to buy I walked out with my Carrera DD it's the Ti version on carbon effect strap and red accents fitted the bill of a sporty look watch for me.

Horses for courses :-)

After my next Ling purchase my goal is a nice special occasion watch which if my current liking carries in will be from the Rolex stable.

Brand wise I'm always open to shopping and find even if you snub a certain brand or look only true way to rule it out is get it on your wrist and try !

My 2p worth lol
