Personally I would't care if it was a quanset hut. Maintaining customer service is what matters to me -not landscape maintenance.

It doesn't surprise me that the most over-priced watches out there (AKA Rolex) maintain 5th ave offices in Manhattan. What does that tell you????

My friend lives a few miles from there. It's a nice building, but nothing unique, however, I haven't been inside.

:yeahthat I don't know about you, but I'd rather not pay more for a watch (That I wear every day) so that Breitling can have a nice office (Which I do not wear every day and probably will never even see).

That's definitely not what I'd envisioned from the address. I wonder if the Switzerland headquarters is much different?

I don't care what kind of office they have either. I was just amused by the misleading 'Hangar 7'.

Ask and I shall receive- thanks RJ! It's certainly an improvement from from BUSA, but nothing like the Rolex factory that's in another thread on here. Nonetheless, it is nice to know as consumers we're not paying for fancy office space.

Looks haunted and lifeless, but at least my Breitlings look like they're full of life and all that's all that matters to me as well, damn the infrastructure, it's all about the product!

FYI, most of those Google Earth map view pics are outdated anyway, so it's probably not a recent pic of the facility anyhow.

As an update, there is a good chance this picture was taken before the B01 was even envisioned...I was trying to get their addy and Google sent me to this thread.

As of 10/6/12, this hasn't changed unless someone convinced the traffic barrels, the sky, the tree, and landscaping to remain stuck in time for a photo shoot... Although it doesn't quite look like a hangar either. With that said, I don't think a giant room with a massive open door would be the best place to create a sterile environment for working on thousand dollar watches... But it is a nice size building in one of the highest income towns in the US...

I've been to both the Rolex and the Breitling service offices. The Rolex office is just one floor in a building where they have a large reception counter to take in your watch. The Breitling office is that whole building office park where they greet you at reception and then they call you into a private room to speak to a tech to take your watch. I personally liked the Breitling experience more, as it was more personal.

It's much nicer than that Omega/Swatch headquarters in Secaucus NJ.

Better not offend their physical plant division, or
there could be a fatma or jihad placed on your head.

That sounds as good as a service reception can be! Thus far my interaction with the people at that office has been as good as you could ask...upfront, timely, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond. To me that is just as important as a product quality.
