Story I heard, no idea if it's true, was that it was the dubject of a denial of service attack (it's happened before) tied to some po'd scammers who got called out on TRF.

Yeah, that's what they're saying in the Rolex forum on WUS, which is where a lot of the TRFers seem to be hanging out at the moment. I think TRF's owner is moving the whole thing to new servers.
