I'm guessing that you would set the arrow at the 12 o'clock position to where the minute hand is when you want to start timing something. Then when you're done timing whatever it is you check where the minute hand is in accordance with the minutes on the bezel. I always wondered why the bezel turned on my TAG, never realized why until I started reading this forum. But then again I could be completely wrong.

Correct.

You turn the 12 o'clock marker to the current time (minute) at the start of the dive and then you can see how long you have been under water for just by looking at the bezel mark that aligns with the current minute hand location.

THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Best Regards,

Enezdez

I use the chronograph multiple times a day.

My daughter has to read 20 minutes each day, practice piano for 15, and do her mouthwash for 1 minute.

My message to your daughter: A correct mouthwash (toothwash) lasts 5 mins, even if using an electric toothbrush:)
Best, Robert

PS I use chronograph every day: mostly for timing preparing tea, sometimes for several other things.

I use the Force to brush my teeth, and it takes 11 seconds, which I time with my Chrono Superocean.

Me too! Well, I did until that one time that I accidentally used my Chrono Avenger to brush and the force to time it. My teeth hurt for days and everyone on Alderaan died.

Pretty much daily. When cooking a steak, etc... I always wear a chrono on Thursday nights when I chair a meeting where speakers are limited to 3 minutes.

I bought my first chrono without any thought about function, but turns out they are quite handy.

Pretty often, but especially to precisely time the duration of my flights.

No, not as a pilot :( , as a passenger :) .

I travel a lot for business and always time the flight from wheels up to wheels down. It's nice when you know the 3.5h of flight time comes in at 3.25h or conversely if it turns into 3.75h :(

I probably use it about four times per week. I time food on the grill, food in the oven, etc. more than anything. I gave up long ago timing my wife's estimate on how long it will take her to get ready to go anywhere.

My GPS is configured to start the timer when the ground speed is greater than 30 mph, so it effectively gives me my flight time from starting the takeoff roll to rollout on landing. I will use the chrono sometimes to get a time between waypoints to get a better idea of what the wind is doing to me.

So, the chrono has its uses in my life on a regular basis.

I used mine once when my girlfriend started going on about some thing one evening.

I still have all my bits/watches and will most likely not do that again.
