Hi all

Wow I've seen, tried on, enjoyed most of the new Breitling range.

Can I please implore you to go, try, and then evaluate the new range.

There are a few changes to the main Breitling catalogue, but also many limited editions to find/try.

You will find wonderful new choices and innovation

Breitling is still doing quite well in my opinion.

I do wonder if the Bentley range will survive much longer 'tho.

Davey

Yes, I agree. I was trying. Went to an AD Fri. for a special 'event' with the Company Reps. hoping to see some of the new models and ask questions. Well, what a bust. The Breitling Rep. (among others) didn't show up and the AD had none of the new models I was hoping to see (SO II, Chronospace, BSBB), they did have one Galactic Cockpit they pulled out of a box. No catalogs, no info., nothing.

Needless to say how disappointed I was. The sales people didn't even want to engage the customers as they probably knew how unhappy we were with the 'big event'.

I guess I will have to be patient and wait a little longer.

I totally agree with seeing the new collection first, but while I really liked the Chronospace in person, the others still leave me a bit cold to be honest. The bezel on the Galactic models actually isn't the same as that on the Chronomat B01. They don't have the "lowering" on the leading edge to allow easier turning in one direction - they are just lowered all the way round. It really looks to me like a retro-fitted bezel just in the style of the B01.

I've still not seen the new SO, but the size only is a killer for me, and I really don't like it in pictures so I'm not holding out much hope. But hey, let's wait and see.....

Watches definitely look different in the metal. I've only had a chance to see the SOII do far, and that was the 'worst' version for me - with the white rehaut. The size really stood out as small, more the dial size than the overall watch. Am looking forward to seeing the others, but can't see myself buying any.
