I am presently looking to purchase the Speedmaster 3576.50 'moon-phase' model. Does anyone know how the moon-phase complication is set and re-set. An Omega Rep. told me this week that it is set at one particular day in the month (two days after full moon or something?) but didn't know any details.

Also, does the date pointer on this complication have a quick-set type function? There seems to be a button on the case side for this?

I have since found an Omega operating manual and have answers to my questions.
( the Omega Rep. was not correct in its operation)
