Hello, my Colt is due of service and I am not sure where to send it to?
a Tourneau near my house in Southern CA or an authorized service center that is all the way in San Francisco?

advices, anyone?

Personally I would send it directly to BUSA.

Send it right to BUSA. I live near BUSA in Connecticut so I was able to personally drop off my watch. Very nice facility.

I can't speak for BUSA as I'm in the UK, but I have always sent mine direct to BUK. I've seen too many clowns in some AD's man-handle watches like they are their own........ and like they are worth a few pennies at most!

The only thing that is sometimes worth considering is whether you are able to get enough insurance if you send it direct to BUSA through the post. If you can't fully insure it (and if you are particularly risk averse!) then going via an AD mught be an option. Personally though I like to pack my watches how I like to pack them (i.e. probably way more securely than necessary! :lol: ) and send them direct.
