I know not everyone is into vintage ladies Breitling's but there were some pretty cool pieces available in the fifties and sixties. I found this one on Craigslist with horrible pictures but just enough to tell it was authentic. I had to convince the seller to agree to sell it because "all emails are usually from scammers." I overnighted payment to him and luckily he followed through and the watch arrived today. I don't have a tool small enough to get the screw off back off so will probably send it out to get a service. It's running fine and keeping time. Say Plaque G20 on the side of the case. Bracelet mounts unusually since it's a curved attachment.

That is really nice Paul.

Some of Breitling's ladies watches are a little over the top for my taste (as was the fashion of the time I guess), but that is very elegant.

Actually I have three more coming. These two I bought last night and are nos (sellers pics). The bottom one has the original hang tag too.

The third one I have on the way from the UK and it's also supposed to have the original box. Will post a pic when it gets here.

Saw that when it first came up. Looks like it has some condition issues and I think it's missing most of the extra straps/bracelets that should go in those slots on the top. There's a link here for a great complete set.

Got one of my lady Breitlings in today. Absoultely nos with original suede strap and price tag. 1230 french Francs on the tag which in 1950 translated to $325. Quite an expensive piece back then.

I can't believe the condition of the hang tag, never mind the watch and the strap - great pick up!

Ditto to what Roff said... it seems like it's never been exposed to anything or worn for that matter~ great find~

They came from a retired jewelers vault in Paris. Evidently he had a few of them. These are the pics of the watches of which about two thirds have been sold already. My two came from this group.
