Strange old world, you spend ages looking for one of the original Navitimer Olympus's and then suddenly there are loads for sale!

Think I've seen at least 3 on Ebay UK this week including this rare QP in gold, possible bargain for someone!?

Looks like those pics are exclusive to us Brits Driver8, see, who said we lived in rip off Britain!?

Personally I don't like yellow gold, would much prefer this one.............................

Totally agree about the white gold thing, on the surface it's no different than stainless in appearance, now if it was in rose gold.....................................

Didn't they do the QP in platinum too?

Hmmmmm, just thought I'd watch that yellow gold one on eBay to see what it went for, and lo and behold it's suddenly been removed! There's a surprise! :lol: What did I say - too good to be true?

The description was all over the place - one minute there were 50 made, the next "1 or 2". The size seemed to change from 41mm to 43mm depending on where you were in the description, and lastly, all that users prior sales were made in Switzerland (looking at the feedback) and then suddenly they are selling a mega expensive in an NR auction in the US. Plus no pictures of the serial, etc, etc......

Excuse me while I DON'T part with any cash on that one! :lol:

EDIT : Just saw your post RJ, but I'd already typed my response TWICE because I lost the s*dding internet connection when I tried to post it the first time :evil: , and didn't want to waste my typing! :lol:
