Just thought I'd drop a quick note, wandered into La Swiss in Pacific Centre this afternoon and they are currently offering 40% discount on Windrider models. They didn’t have much in the way of stock, I recall seeing 4 or 5 B01’s, a silver dial SS and I believe blue dial TT chronomat evolution, a cockpit and a few starliners.

40% is not worth the hassle of dealing with them. Walk two blocks and deal with the great people of Time and Gold.

*disclaimer* I have no affiliation with T&G, just like their service and people more than La Swiss.

I totally agree, just happened to be walking by and thought I'd pop in and run the gauntlet of pushy salespeople to have a quick look at what they had.

I bought my Chronomat at La Swisse last summer. Service was great, straitforward and they offered me 30% on any Breitling in stock. I was treated very well despite being a mid 20s male wearing ripped jeans and a ball cap (didn't plan to buy one that day).

Ive also been back since and the good service continued. Im not affiliated to them in any way, just surprised to hear negative feedback from others.

I can't speak for the locations in Vancouver, but I've been mostly pleased with the service I've received from La Swiss in the Toronto area.

I to have have received great service from La Swiss here in Toronto, namely the Bloor St and Fairview mall locations. However, the staff at most other locations have very poor product knowledge.

Breitling-nutt you're so correct. When I purchased the 24hr Chrono-Matic from Yorkdale-La Swiss none of the salespeople or the watch repair guy could tell me how to properly read the time. According to one rep the dial was split into 2 hemispheres so time went one way and then the other after 12 hours or something nutty like that.
