I got my cap direct from BUSA. They sent it my way after I registered my watch. Came with a fairly generic card thanking me. Nice enough.

BTW, the cap is..... well I don't think you'd catch me wearing it. Pretty conspiculous by my standards. Doesn't exactly exude "class" in my opinion.
