Managed to lose my Breitling baseball cap yesterday. Does anyone know someone at Breitling USA who may be able to help me source a replacement. Given the great advertising they offer I didn't know if they had a problem sending a replacement, would be happy to pay for S&H or even the thing itself.

I did receive one with my Emergency but gifted it to my brother, and my Colt was a UK purchase where you don't get caps...

I want a Breitling pen very badly lol - I really do & I called Breitling Customer Service & I can't get one!

I even offered to buy one!

I even tried to get a pocket knife same result!

In my experience you cant just call up and ask obviously they will say no, You have to think of a more subtle way to get one it worked for me and I had 4 caps and two knives.

Well the good news is the golf club where the cap went missing called me back and said they'd found it.

The lady in Promotions at Breitling never called me back. I wonder if they have too many people trying it on.

I once spoke with a lady at BUK who told me they get around 200 requests for stuff a day and that is just the UK so times that by at least 10 for the USA

See the trick is the factory rep, your ad and factory rep and get you anything. last time i saw the rep, he handed me 6 hats, a lighter, and a hermes tie

but my family and friends buy a lot of watches, and all from the same place and almost all breitling.

exactly thats how you get free stuff get to know the ad and then stuff will come

Just fax them or e-mail them a copy of your certificate or guarantee. That worked for me. I received a nice package with a cap in it about 2 weeks after making contact.
