Would this brown strap look good on a Colt Auto II with a black face.

Very subjective question of taste. I think it would; a black dial can go with just about any color strap. Other folks might shudder to consider anything but a black strap, or bracelet.

You know the official Breitling site has a "configurator" that will let you see what the combo will look like?

Peace

Mike

Personally I really like brown straps with black dials, although I think they tend to look best on pilot style watches.

Ultimately only you can decide if its a look you fancy though.

Not sure if the strap is brown or gold so worked them both up on the Configurator.

I'm not so keen on the brown but I quite like the gold.

Gold leather strap on a black face looks great IMO.

I think it would look good, but I hope you dont plan on buying that one for $165. Retail price on a new one is $160, not $325 like the seller claims.

IMHO i think the contrast between the strap and dial looks great and have always been a fan.
